Winemaking: Organic Melon de Bourgogne grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. No fining or filtration. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Natural white Muscadet harvested in September 2025 and released in November of the same year, Nouveau style! Easy drinking with a salty citrus character. Great by itself or with seafood. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Marion Pescheux & Manuel Landron make natural wine in their home region of Muscadet in the Loire valley. The focus is on farming organic indigenous grape varieties whilst respecting the land.
