Winemaking: Organic Melon de Bourgogne grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. No fining or filtration. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. Beautiful intensity of fruit gives this wine much more character and depth than your average Muscadet. A real bargain and great with or without food.

Notes on the Winemaker: Marion Pescheux & Manuel Landron make natural wine in their home region of Muscadet in the Loire valley. The focus is on farming organic indigenous grape varieties whilst respecting the land.
