Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand. Whole bunch fermentation with indigenous yeast for 1 month in stainless steel tanks. Aged in cement deposit. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light to medium body. As the name suggests, this is easy drinking and straightforward but still has a really interesting complexity and there is a great balance of fresh fruit, acidity and silky texture. Works with or without food.

Notes on the Winemaker: Stéphanie Rouselle farms 13 hectares of vines close to Bordeaux in south-west France but her cuvées could not be further from the style synonymous with that winemaking region. These are wild and energetic wines that really stand out from the crowd and also age very well.
