Winemaking: Organic red grapes were hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged in tank for 10 months. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Medium bodied, simple, everyday drinking wine in a litre made completely naturally, with no chemical additions. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Louis Julian has been making organic wine since the late 1970s and now grows no less than 47 varietals in the Gard, southern France. He is dedicated to making the healthiest wine possible, for the lowest price. Something I think we can all get on board with! All wines have been completely free of sulphur additions since 1987.
