Winemaking: Organic Mondeuse and Gamay grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body but great depth of flavour. Fresh cherries and crunchy red berries are complimented by smokey and spicy elements. Vibrant and energetic, this has everything we love about red wines from this part of France.
Notes on the Winemaker: Gilles and Christine Berlioz have been working organically in Savoie since the 90s around the area of Chignin. Biodynamic practises were later adopted as a way to produce finer and more precise wines that soon became iconic in France and further afield. The Domaine Partagé name reflects the collective spirit of the operation that has seen many faces come and lend a hand over the years.
