Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Moscatel grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast after one week on the skins. Aged in old wooden barrels for 9 months. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A natural orange wine with amazing and unique character. Dried stone fruit, citrus and tropical fruit flavours with aromatic and floral notes. Dried herbs add to the complexity. Very hard to find this vintage that we have held back in the cellar for a couple of years now. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Nuria Renom was a sommelier at the infamous Bar Brutal in Barcelona when she started the journey to becoming one of the most exciting winemakers in Catalunya. She is first worked out of the cellar of La Salada (another Highbury Library fave) where she made tiny productions but has now got her own winery and boosted production.
