Winemaking: Organic Muscat grapes were hand harvested and crushed before a  14 day maceration period. Fermentation with indigenous yeast Aged in a combination of tanks and barrels. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural orange wine with a medium to full body. There is some structure with noticeable but soft tannins so a good choice to pair with food. Expect profound peach and apricot flavours alongside citrus rind and dried flowers. Beautiful expression of one of our favourite grape varieties. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Marco Buratti is a humble winemaker in the north east of Italy who works just 2.5 hectares of vines whilst also tending to a variety of animals. His cuvées offer an honest expression of this volcanic terroir with no additions whatsoever.
