Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. A couple of varieties were macerated whilst the others were pressed directly. Aged in a combination of steel and old oak barrels. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural, skin contact wine that sits somewhere between orange and white. Full of fresh minerality with flavours of apple, elderflower, citrus and a hint of something more tropical. Easy drinking but with interesting complexity. Great value.

Notes on the Winemaker: Pauline and Carl are the brother and sister duo behind Glow Glow. They produce natural wine in the small German region of Nahe. They are sixth generation winemakers and were inspired by the natural wine movement so embarked on their first vintage in 2019. They produce fun wines that are full of energy and are truly representative of both themselves and the land around them.
