Winemaking: Organic Muller Thurgau grapes were harvested by hand and crushed before spending 10 days in the skins. Aged in old oak barrels. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A litre of juicy, skin contact wine with a strong pineapple and citrus chracter. Easy drinking but by no means boring. Fresh with a savoury finish. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Andi Mann is a young winemaker in the German region of Rheinhessen where he id dedicated to producing natural wines that transmit a strong sense of place. He comes from a family with a long history of viticulture which looks set to continue,
