Winemaking: Organic Nebbiolo grapes from young vines were harvested by hand and fermented in sandstone vessels (made by the winemaker) with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body and subtle tannin. Vibrant raspberry fruit hits your palate supported by notes of rose petal, herbs and a touch of spice. So fresh and pure. An enthralling wine that showcases the true character of the Nebbiolo grape variety without any interference of oak flavours. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Fabio Gea farms just 1 hectare of vines in the famous region of Barbaresco. His cuvées are the antithesis of the industrial wine that now dominates Piedmont and he vinifies using a combination of glass, steel and porcelain that he makes himself. A unique and special winemaker.
