Winemaking: Organic Pedro Ximenez, Montua and Vigiriego grapes were harvested by hand. 10 days on the skins and fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural orange wine with a deep and dark character. Great intensity of rich, stone fruit flavours followed by a savoury finish with a subtle oxidative note. On the nose you might mistake this for a sweet wine but the palate reveals it is completely dry. Intense and complex so best served with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Samuel Parraga produces wines that are a true reflection of Andalusia's climate and viticultural history. He works with native grape varieties to create dry, sweet and oxidative styles without ever adding sulphur.
