Winemaking: Organic Pignoletto and Trebbiano di Modena grapes were hand harvested and underwent direct press. Fermented with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks. Aged in concrete. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Still white wine with rich saline and citrus vibes. Reductive notes of chalk and stone add to the complexity of this very rare bottle. Only 250 produced.
Notes on the Winemaker: Angol d'Amig means "Friends Corner" in the local dialect of Marco Lanzotti who makes natural wine just outside Modena in Emila-Romagna. He aims to make wines that reflect the beautiful land around him.
