Winemaking: Organic Pineau d'Aunis & Grolleau grapes were hand harvested and underwent fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.  

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light to medium body. Easy drinking but still full of character, this is fresh and clean with crunchy red berry flavours and a nice touch of minerality. A quaffable bottle for sure. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Philippe Delmee is situated in Anjou where he works with the famous varieties of the region, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc as well as some Grolleau and Pineau D'Aunis. He manages to find a balance between making more serious wines alongside gluggable, bistro style bottles. He also has a cool record collection and great taste in music!
