Winemaking: Organic Pinot Blanc grapes were hand harvested fermented with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. Stone and orchard fruits with a fleshy texture. As with all Lissner wines, this is beautifully balanced and understated. Great by itself or with a light food dish. 

Notes on the Winemaker:  Domaine Lissner was established over 150 years ago in the Alsatian village of Wolxheim. Bruno Schloegel and his son Theo now run this biodiverse estate where nature is encouraged to find its balance. With patience and attention, the vines can be self reliant and more resistant to challenges such as disease and drought. As a result, the duo produce wines with amazing balance and precision despite never using sulphur.
