Winemaking: Organic white grapes were hand harvested fermented with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. This the classic Edelzwicker style where lots of varieties are co-fermented to produce an easy drinking wine But there is still plenty of complexity to enjoy here with notes of honey, white flowers and minerals to compliment the aromatic and tropical fruit. Impressively long finish too. 

Notes on the Winemaker:  Domaine Lissner was established over 150 years ago in the Alsatian village of Wolxheim. Bruno Schloegel and his son Theo now run this biodiverse estate where nature is encouraged to find its balance. With patience and attention, the vines can be self reliant and more resistant to challenges such as disease and drought. As a result, the duo produce wines with amazing balance and precision despite never using sulphur,
