Winemaking: Organic Pinot Blanc grapes grown on limestone soil were harvested by hand and foot stomped before fermentation indigenous yeast. Aged in old barrels for 9 months. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Lively and zesty white wine with refreshing acidity and loads of fresh citrus flavours. There is an aromatic and floral character alongside a smooth texture. Punches well above its price point.

Notes on the Winemaker: Daniel and Jonas Brand hail from Pfalz where they took over their family winery in 2014 to concentrate on fully natural wines which are unique, alive and bursting with personality. We visited in 2018 to explore the vineyards and learn the stories that accompany the wines.
