Vegan friendly wine 

Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously in old oak barrels. Aged on the lees and bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a soft texture and salty peach flavour profile. Easy drinking and very fresh with great acidity. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Andi Weigand is a new young winemaker in Bavaria, Germany, not too far from 2Naturkinder. He took over from his father in 2015 and by 2018 was producing entirely natural wines with the support of his open-minded parents. he enjoys experimenting with skin contact and different fermentation vessels.
