Winemaking: An organic field blend of grapes was harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural wine made from a blend of red and white grapes. Light in body with fresh acidity and only 9.5% alcohol, therefore it's perfect from the fridge. Lovely concentration of ripe fruit despite its easy-going style. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Mark and his partner Laura planted the Black Mountain vineyard (just 3 hectares) in 2009 close to the Brecon Beacons in Herefordshire. They grow international varieties as well as hybrids to create rustic and characterful wines without any additions. All the vineyards are now certified organic.
