No Control
Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
Producer: No Control (Vincent Marie)
Region: Volvic, Auvergne, France
Wild Scale: 5/5
Vegan friendly wine
Winemaking: Organic Pinot Noir grapes were sourced from a nearby organic grower in both 2023 and 2024. Fermented with indigenous yeast in whole bunches for 10 days. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body. Made from negotiant grapes across two different vintages to bring balance, this offers juicy red fruit alongside mineral, volcanic notes. On the wilder side with a touch of volatile acidity. Geat slightly chilled.
Notes on the Winemaker: Vincent Marie started making a name for himself and his No Control label back in 2013 when he undertook his first vintage in Auvergne. The wines went on to develop cult status thanks in part to the unique volcanic terroir that they express. All these years later and they are tasting better than ever!
