Winemaking: Biodynamic field blend of red and white grapes were harvested by hand. Semi-carbonic maceration for 9 days. Co-fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged for 8 months in old barrels. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. 

This Wine: English natural wine made from a blend of red (70%) and white (30%) grape varieties. Drinks more like a rosé. Delicate but full of fresh fruit complexity and floral notes. Light in alcohol and perfect to drink in the sun.  Less than 2500 bottles produced.

Notes on the Winemaker:  Lucie and Jules grow grapes in Kent using organic and biodynamic farming practices (with certification to follow soon). Daniel and Nicola at Offbeat purchase many of these grapes to make their own wine with and Dan has spoken to us enthusiastically about the quality of fruit produced.
