Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand. De-stemmed before maceration and co-fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in tank for 15 months before bottling with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. 

This Wine: An assemblage of every grape variety harvested by the couple in 2023. Drinks like a minerally, light red with notes of fresh red fruit, spice and a hint of earthiness. Made in very small quantities. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Sébastien Jacques & Amélie Vuillet make natural wine in their home region of the Jura. They farm just 1 hectare of vines in the villages of Arbois, Molamboz and Montingy-lès-Arsures and produce energetic and characterful wines from local grape varieties.
