Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Riesling and Sylvaner grapes were harvested by hand. A short period of maceration before fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a subtle texture and colour provided by some skin contact. This is pure and precise with delicate floral notes alongside concentrated apricot and pear flavours. Very long finish for what is meant to be Domaine Bohn's entry level wine.  Great with or without food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: The Bohn family has been making wine in the Alsatian commune of Reichsfeld for over 300 years. Now father and son duo, Bernard and Arthur run the winery and find a balance between innovative and traditional approaches to winemaking. The vines are certified organic with biodynamic practices employed.
