Winemaking: Organic Riesling grapes were hand harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeast in old oak barrels before ageing in stainless steel for a short time. No filtration or fining and just a small amount of sulphur added on bottling. 

This Wine: Natural white wine on the clean and classic side but still with lots of character and complexity. Citrus, honey, minerals and a hint of Riesling's signature petrol note. Textured and weighty, this offer superb value and works with or without food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Martin Arndorfer took over some plots from his parents back in 2002 before completely taking over the winery with Anna 10 years later. They oversee 16 hectares and produce affordable and approachable wines from local grape varieties.
