Winemaking: Organic Riesling grapes were sourced from Alsace. Pressed directly and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged for 3 years on the lees. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine from the negotiant side of the Ganevat business which utilises in this case, grapes from granite soils in Alsace. Extended ageing brings body and complexity to compliment fresh acidity and a mineral profile.
