Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and macerated briefly before being fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks.  No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: All of the Einhart's white grape varieties go into this new cuvée which is the family's take on the classic Alsatian Edelzwicker style. Slightly peachy hue from the short period of skin contact which also brings a pleasant texture. Easy drinking but bursts with fruit and aromatics. Great value. 

Notes on the Winemaker:  In 1990, Nicolas Einhart joined his father's estate in the village of Rosenwiller, Northern Alsace. He converted to organics in 2008 and is now moving to biodynamics with his son Theo. They previously sold the fruit until the Covid pandemic when they had more time on their hands so decided to start producing their own wine instead. It's a proper family business with his grandmother even helping out.
