Winemaking: Organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested by hand. Direct press and fermentation with wild yeast. Aged in old barrels. Unfiltered and minimal use of sulphur.

This Wine: Blaue Libelle 2024! Natural white wine with a textured body and a profound floral quality. Electric acidity but perfectly balanced. Elegant and precise. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Andreas Tscheppe and his wife produce highly sought after wines in the Austrian region of Styria close to the border with Slovenia. The vines are certified organic and wildlife is encouraged. The labels of each cuvée represent different creatures you can find in the vineyards. The wines are precise but full of energy and character.
