Winemaking: Organic Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested and crushed by foot. 3 week maceration period. Fermented in concrete with indigenous yeast. No fining or filtration and just a touch of added sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: Natural orange wine which represents a new cuvée from Lori with fruit purchased from friends. Bright acidity with citrus and stone fruit flavours. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Lori Haon is a talented, young natural winemaker in the village of Valliguières, not far from Avignon who acquired his first vineyard in 2015. He is creating wines with a really fresh and light character which is not always easy in the heat of this region.
