Winemaking: Organic Sauvignon Blanc & Loin de L'Oeil grapes were hand harvested and then crushed before spending 3 days on the skins. Fermented with indigenous yeast and bottled before this process was finished in order to trap fizz inside the botle (ancestral winemaking technique - pet nat). No filtration or fining and just a small amount of sulphur on bottling.

This Wine: A special sparkling version of 2P's Meskine Contact cuvée as the weather conditions called for it. Orange Pet Nat with an apple pastry character. Available at a special price for a limited time. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Fanny Papelard & Romain Plageoles make up 2P Productions, a married couple focussed on making natural wine in the South West of France. Romain comes from a prestigious winemaking family in Gaillac.
