Winemaking: Organic Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Noir grapes were harvested by hand. Co-fermented on the skins with indigenous yeast for 14 days. Aged in concrete eggs. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a small amount of added sulphur.

This Wine: This is a unique cuvée that is essentially a blend of rosé and orange wine. Still, despite the crown cap. Refreshing flavours of oranges and red cherries with fresh acidity. A summertime wine to enjoy with friends.

Notes on the Winemaker: The Domin & Kusicky Family produce natural wine in Velky Krtis. Viticulture has been recorded in this part of Slovakia as far back as the 14th century. David Kusicky took over as head winemaker after his studies in 2019 and is leading the domaine to biodynamic certification. He creates fun but very well made wines from a mixture of local and international grape varieties.
