Winemaking: Organic grapes were purchased from neighbouring farmers before spending 5 days on the skins and undergoing fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Aged in concrete. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.
This Wine: A great entry level orange wine which is fruit-forward nicely textured. Perfect for everyday drinking with citrus and stone fruit flavours. Can compliment food but doesn't need it.
Notes on the Winemaker: The Suriol family is known for making Cava but this is the negociant project where organic grapes are purchased from nearby winemakers to make more fun styles of wine that are meant for everyday drinking.
