Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic grapes were sourced from Corbières and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Aged in tank and bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a full body and dark fruit character. The wine still retains great acidity and freshness. Best served with food.

Notes on the Winemaker: Christophe Bosque began life in the wine world as a negotiant, sourcing the best grapes possible. He now produces his own wine from this wide portfolio of esteemed grape growers, always on the look out for fruit that is terroir driven and full of energy.
