Winemaking: Organic Syrah grapes harvested by hand. Carbonic maceration,  fermentation with indigenous yeast before being pressed into tank for 12 months. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine that reflects the cool vintage in the Ardèche. Delicate dark fruit with herbs and fresh acidity, this is showcases a beautiful complexity whilst being easy to drink. Light to medium bodied. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Grégory Guillaume produces honest and easy-going wines as this is the style to loves to drink himself. He farms his vines in the Ardèche organically and uses simple winemaking techniques to remind us of the reasons we fell in love with natural wine in the first place.
