Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Syrah grapes were hand harvested and then fermented with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Medium bodied red wine with fresh acidity. Fresh black fruit with with a spicy finish. Excellent value, easy drinking natural wine. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Olivier Pichon only started making wine in 2015 and just learnt on the job with help from fellow winemaker Thierry Forestier. He makes beautifully light and juicy wines despite the warm climate of the region.
