Winemaking: Organic Syrah and Grenache grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a medium to full body. Unmistakably Southern with dark fruit notes alongside herbs and minerals. Available at a special price for a limited time. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Since 2018, Alex Durand has been working 4 hectares of vines in the Hérault department of Southern France. He uses no sulphur and works organically with biodynamic principles. The domaine takes its name from the large marble formations that jut out from the soil in this region.
