Vegan friendly wine 

Winemaking: Organic Welschriesling, & Traminer grapes were harvested by hand. Fermented with indigenous yeast as a mixture of whole bunches and de-stemmed grapes (14 days skin contact). Pressed into old oak barrels where the wine aged for 9 months. Bottled with no fining, filtration and a tiny amount of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural orange wine with a clean, aromatic profile. Pronounced stone and tropical fruits with a delicate texture. Only 3000 bottles produced.

Notes on the Winemaker: Bott Frigyes cultivates indigenous grape varieties in Slovakia near the Garam river. His cuvées are clean, precise and always show a real purity of fruit.
