Winemaking: Organic Trebbiano grapes were hand harvested and underwent a 28 day maceration period in concrete. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: A natural orange wine with great intensity and concentration of floral, smokey and dried fruit aromas. Complex and bursting with character. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Alberto & Claudia Carretti make natural wines that have gained quite a following amongst enthusiasts. They focus on ancient techniques of extended skin contact to produce some of the most complex and unique bottles around.
