Winemaking: Organic Trebbiano grapes were harvested by hand before fermentation with indigenous yeast in a combination of stainless steel and old barrels. Aged for 10 months in old barriques.  No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: A still white wine with sophistication and complexity. Minerals and lemon with a hint of smokey reduction. A precise wine that will clearly age very well. The name refers to the fact that the winemakers rent this particular vineyard from the local postman.

Notes on the Winemaker: Andrea and Daniela worked as sommeliers before laying roots in the wilderness of Abruzzo where they grow indigenous grape varieties.
