Winemaking: Organic Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes were harvested by hand and spent 3 days on the skins. Fermentation with indigenous yeast before ageing in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with some skin contact that pushes it towards orange territory but in a subtle manner. Sun kissed peach and pineapple fruit is complimented by a saline minerality. Great as an aperitif or with shellfish. 

Notes on the Winemaker: In the south of Abruzzo, Luca Bevilacqua makes natural wine from indigenous grape varieties. He worked as a sommelier around Europe before embarking on his winemaking journey in 2001. His wines are straightforward but full of character and always made without filtration and sulphite additions.
