Winemaking: Organic Trousseau grapes were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast in old oak barrels. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light and fragrant character. Full of complex, fruit punch flavours with pomegranate, cranberry and raspberry notes alongside delicate touches of various herbs. Absolutely delicious!
