Winemaking: Organic white grapes were harvested by hand. The Viognier saw 10 days skin contact whilst the rest underwent direct press. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: The return of Remi's iconic cuvée. Natural white wine with a touch of skin contact. Textured and hazy in the glass with notes of orange blossom and apricot. Alive and refreshing but with some roundness at the same time. One for the wild crowd.

Notes on the Winemaker: Remi Poujol has farmed this land in the Languedoc organically for over 20 years now so you know his wines come from very healthy vines. He only used horses in the vineyard so the soil doesn't get too compressed and uses no additions whatsoever in the winery. He sells high quality grapes to some of the most famous winemakers in France but also produces top-notch natural wine for very reasonable prices.
