Winemaking: Organic Verdicchio grapes grown on clay and limestone soils were harvested by hand. 80% direct press and 20% macerated. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in concrete. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body and fresh acidity. This is clean and precise with a mineral focus supported by peaches, citrus and almond. The small amount of skin contact brings a pleasant and subtle texture. Great with or without food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Corrado Dottori farms 7 hectares of organic vines near the town of Cupramontana in the Marche region of Italy. He produces natural wines with focus and balance by protecting the quality of the fruit through careful viticulture and small yields.
