Rare Gems from Sistema Vinari

We are excited to receive new releases from Sistema Vinari in Mallorca! Eloi has been one of our favourite winemakers for a while now but it's not always easy to get our hands on his wines as his production is so tiny. Here's a breakdown of what we currently have in stock

Lo Vilero Clar 2023

This is a red and white blend which utilises Eloi's Callet (red) grapes and Cati Ribot's Premsal (white). If you can imagine salty, pink lemonade, you're not too far off. Delicious.

Una Cosa 2024

A rare white cuvée from Eloi which is made from a blend of Macabeo, Premsal, Vinater, Parellada grapes grown near the village of Felanitx. Only 1 bottle in stock at time of writing so be quick!

Fato 2024

This is the cuvée that was previously known as Chateau Pacquita which helped put Eloi on the map a few years ago. Made from a blend of indigenous red grape varieties, it's light but intense and complex. The label changes every year which is why you might not recognise it. But we do have one bottle of Fato 2022 available in our cellar for a lucky customer.

Novetat Total 2025

The return of Eloi's iconic litre bottle is back and the 2025 vintage is showing more precision and less volatility. If that news actually turns you off, fear not as we still have a few bottles of 2024 in stock

I'm sure most of these wines won't hang around for long so don't waste anytime if you are looking to be sensorily transported to a Mediterranean island anytime soon.
