Tenuta Foresto x Highbury Library Collab

Since the beginning of Highbury Library, we have been huge fans of Favonio. Over the years, winemaker Francesco has become a good friend, so for our 10th birthday, he made a special wine just for us. Essentially a fizzy Favonio!

Tenuta Foresto x Highbury Library

Francesco kept one barrel of Favonio 2022 and re-fermented it with some Moscato juice from the 2024 harvest. 

Sparkling Orange wine with a textured body, this is beautifully balanced and and full of complexity. Orange, mango, apricot and pineapple fruit is complimented by herbal (eucalyptus) and subtle spice (turmeric) along with fresh mineral elements. A really unique expression of Moscato. Only 200 bottles produced, all with a special label incorporating the iconic Favonio image with the Highbury Library logo.
