You Are Still The Riesling

Back in 2020 we released a special wine from the Brand Brothers to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the bar. This comes from a single plot known as Hill of Flags which is home to some of their best Riesling vines. We thought we would stash a few bottles for the 10th anniversary (which seemed like more of a hope than an expectation at the time). We drank one recently and it was superb. Really mineral focussed now with some of those classic Riesling petrol notes. The last two bottles have been released from the cellar and are looking for a good home...
