Winemaking: Organic Welschriesling grapes were harvested by hand and crushed before spending around 4 to 10 days on the skins whilst fermenting with indigenous yeast in underground fibreglass tanks. Aged in old barrels. Bottled with no fining, filtration and a tiny amount of added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural orange wine with a delicate complexity of flavours such as orange, yuzu, dried peach and pink pepper. Fresh and saline with soft tannin so best served with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: marvlaTINDO is the natural wine project between two friends Martin Danielič & Vladimír Kuny who produce 10,000 litres of wine each year from the volcanic soils in the west of Slovakia. They are part of the Wines From Under The Volcano collective along with Pivnica Čajkov.
