Julien Mareschal came to the Jura region at the age of 23 after studying winemaking in Burgundy and now owns 5 hectares of vines at high altitude in the famous region of Arbois. He he produces immaculate wines with the use of little or no sulphur using local grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Savagnin and Ploussard.
